Choose your length and weight and either a traditional or flared knob. This is a great training tool for tee work, soft-toss, and for building strength in the hands and forearms.

Amazing
I am a Senior in high school and during these times weights aren’t available to all of us. Using this trainer I was able to find my hands getting through the zone more and having more behind my swing after using it for 15-20 pitches. I would really recommend this to anyone that is looking for the extra quickness and power behind their swing!
